Description

The innovative ContiWashCAM system allows a continuous and automatic foam level detection in the washing machine. The system documents the complete washing process, records the quantity of water, temperature and the foam height.

Operation

The ContiWashCAM software takes cyclically images from the glas door of the washing machine, analyzes the pictures and recalculates the a foam level is the machine.

The foam level is shown on a chart online. Also the temperature and amount of water is recorded and shown in the chart.

The data can be exported to a text file and individually processed with Excel or handed over to a quality system.

ContiWashCAM was developed as an „open system“, so that the system can be easy adapted to the different demands.
